What specific kinds of High Security Locks are there?

Single Sided Deadbolt: This is a High Security Lock where only one side of the lock has key access. With a single sided deadbolt, the interior has a thumb turner, where the key is not needed to lock from the inside.

Double Sided Deadbolts: This is a High Security Lock where both sides of the lock have a key entry way.

Location: TOP LOCK

  • KNOB Locks: Mostly used as a handle to open and close the door. Also has a locking mechanism.

Location: Bottom Lock

  • Rim Cylinder Lock: This High Security Lock is mostly used on commercial back doors and exit devices, I.E. Panic Bars and Detex Systems. With the exception of G-Door, and Jimmy Proof.

    

 

 

  • Mortise Lock: Superior High Security Lock, with some residential use, but is mostly used on commercial front doors, gates and exit devices.

 

  • Pad Lock and Mail Box Lock: These are used for residential and commercial use such as rolling gates and/or Storage Spaces.
